2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Demo requests (Clermont Real Estate Reels): your name, agency or brokerage, role, email, phone number, plan of interest, number of agents, listings per month, and anything you write in the message box.
• Listing details (optional): a listing link or listing photos you share for a free sample video, and your confirmation that you are the listing agent or brokerage and have the right to use the listing photos.
• Consultation bookings: when you book through the scheduling tool on our homepage, the details you enter there (such as your name, email and meeting notes).
• Emails and calls: anything you send us when you contact us directly.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically receives standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this information to build profiles of visitors.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived (for example from a search engine or a link), and their general location, device and browser. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information. We use it only in aggregate to improve the website, not to identify you.

3. How we use your information

• To prepare a free sample video from a listing you share, if you ask for one.

• To keep the website secure and working, and to meet legal obligations.

4. Listing photos and sample videos

If you share a listing for a sample video, you confirm that you are the listing agent or listing brokerage and have the right to use the listing's photos to create a video. We use those photos (whether you upload them or we take them from the listing link) and property details only to make your sample and discuss it with you.

• We will not publish your sample video or use it in our own marketing without your written permission.
• We do not collect information about homeowners or buyers beyond what appears in the public listing.
• You can ask us to delete the sample video and the photos we used at any time.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, and only as needed for that purpose:

6. Cookies and third-party content

Our pages do not set advertising cookies. We and some third-party services use the following:

• Scheduling: the booking calendar on our homepage is provided by Calendly, which may set its own cookies. See Calendly's privacy policy.

We keep demo requests and related messages for as long as we are in contact with you. If a request does not lead to a business relationship, we delete it within 24 months. Sample videos and the listing photos used to make them are deleted within 12 months, or sooner if you ask. Client records are kept for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting requirements.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.

9. Your choices and rights

You can contact us at any time to:

• ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
• correct information that is wrong;
• ask us to delete your information, including any sample video;
• ask us to stop contacting you;
• opt out of Google Analytics by blocking cookies in your browser or using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

10. Children

This website is intended for businesses and real estate professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make significant changes, we will post a notice on this website.
