The problem

Ads work for listings. Ad software wasn't built for agents.

Ads Manager and Google Ads ask for campaign objectives, bid strategies and audiences. Housing ads come with their own special rules. So most agents boost a post and hope — or pay someone and never quite know what they got.

Jargon

Objectives, ad sets, CPM, ROAS — decisions agents shouldn't have to make to promote a listing

Rules

US housing ads on Facebook and Instagram must follow Meta's Housing category, or they get rejected

Guesswork

Without a clear weekly readout, it's hard to tell which listing's ads are paying off

How it works

Connect once. Then three steps per listing.

1

Pick a listing and a goal

Choose the listing and what you want: buyer leads, an open house crowd, or new sellers. Location, price and link fill in for you.

2

Set a daily budget

Say "$20 a day for 7 days" and draw your area on a map. You see a projected leads range before anything goes live.

3

Watch the results

See leads and cost per lead for each listing, get a weekly summary, and pause or boost with one tap.

Get buyer leads

For a new listing

Ads that send interested buyers to the listing and collect their contact details.

Promote open house

For a date on the calendar

A short, local push in the days before the open house, ending automatically after it.

Find sellers

For your farm area

Ads that invite homeowners in your area to ask for a home value or a listing talk.

Benefits for your agency

More leads from the same budget, without learning ad software

Real estate goals, not ad jargon

Choose "Get buyer leads" instead of an objective, a bid strategy and an ad set.

Housing rules handled

The Housing ad category and its limits are applied automatically, so ads aren't rejected for the wrong settings.

Know what each listing earns

Leads, cost per lead, clicks and spend per listing, with a simple green, amber or red status.

Minutes a week, not hours

No dashboards to check every day. A weekly summary and alerts come to you when something needs a look.

Your accounts, your money

Ads run in your own Facebook and Google accounts. Ad spend is billed by them directly — no markup.

Built for housing-ad compliance

In the US, Facebook and Instagram real estate ads must run in Meta's Housing special ad category. The Ads Agent sets this up on every campaign, so your agents never have to:

  • No targeting by age or gender
  • A 15-mile minimum radius for location targeting
  • No lookalike audiences

Questions

Common questions

Do I need to know how Facebook or Google ads work?

No. You choose a listing, a goal, a daily budget and an area. The Ads Agent handles the campaign setup behind the scenes.

Who pays for the ads?

Ads run in your own Facebook and Google ad accounts, and Meta and Google bill your ad spend directly. Our plan fee is separate, and we don't add a markup to your spend.

How does it handle fair-housing ad rules?

Every Facebook and Instagram campaign is created in Meta's Housing special ad category, with age and gender targeting off, a 15-mile minimum radius and no lookalike audiences. Your ad wording is still your responsibility, and we'll flag anything that looks risky.

Will it change my budget on its own?

No. It suggests changes, and you decide with one tap. Nothing spends more than the budget you set.

Where do the ad images and videos come from?

From your listing photos, or from the videos you make with Clermont Real Estate Reels.
